Trauma Therapy & Healing Attachment Wounds

Many of the challenges we experience as adults begin long before we may realize it. Past and current experiences, unhealthy relationship patterns, and unresolved trauma can shape how we view ourselves and the people around us.

Chloe specializes in helping clients understand these patterns so they can begin creating healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self. As a Certified Trauma Professional, she helps clients process difficult experiences while building emotional regulation and long-term healing.

Her goal is not simply to reduce symptoms—but to help clients experience long-term relief by unlocking the root causes of emotional pain.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Individuals

Chloe has completed 76 hours of specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), an evidence-based approach that helps her clients better understand emotions, themselves, improve communication, and repair attachment wounds.

Whether you're navigating conflict, emotional disconnection, or the effects of past relationships, Chloe works collaboratively with clients to create stronger, healthier emotional connections.

Her therapeutic approach is warm, relational, and deeply rooted in helping clients feel emotionally safe while learning practical skills that support lasting change.
