Helping You Heal the Patterns That Keep You Stuck
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Chloe brings both advanced clinical training and genuine human connection into the therapy room. She has completed 76 hours of specialized training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT) and is also a Certified Trauma Professional. Her work is deeply rooted in attachment science, emotional healing, and helping clients create healthier, more secure relationships—with both themselves and the people they love.
Chloe believes therapy should be more than simply “coping.” It should be a space where you feel emotionally safe enough to explore the parts of yourself that have been hurt, rejected, criticized, or silenced. She understands firsthand the courage it takes to seek help and strongly believes that therapists, too, should pursue their own healing and support in order to best care for others.
Healing the Inner Critic & Building Secure Connections
Many people carry an inner voice shaped by past pain, trauma, rejection, or difficult relationships. Over time, that inner critic can create shame, self-doubt, emotional disconnection, and unhealthy relationship patterns. Chloe works collaboratively with clients to challenge those narratives and build a more compassionate, secure relationship with themselves.
Her therapeutic style is warm, affirming, and emotionally attuned. She strives to provide a safe and secure presence where clients can process attachment wounds, relationship struggles, trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress without fear of judgment. Using Emotion Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions, Chloe helps clients better understand their emotions, improve communication, deepen connection, and create lasting emotional change.
As a Certified Trauma Professional, Chloe also understands the profound ways unresolved trauma can impact present-day relationships, emotional regulation, self-worth, and overall well-being. Her goal is to help clients move from survival mode into deeper healing, authenticity, and connection.
Like all clinicians at Wellness & Courage, Chloe is LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to creating an inclusive space where every client feels respected, valued, and safe to fully be themselves.
Beyond the Therapy Office
Outside of counseling, Chloe enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and organizing puppy play dates with friends and their pets. She loves reading on the patio, painting, listening to music, and finding creative ways to connect with the people she cares about—often through cooking or baking. Chloe is also passionate about mental health education and advocacy, and recently began hosting a mental health podcast of her own.
