What If Your Next Chapter Could Be Different?

Most people don't begin therapy because they want to revisit the past. They begin because they're tired.

Tired of anxiety making every decision harder than it needs to be.

Tired of carrying grief that never seems to get lighter.

Tired of second-guessing themselves, feeling disconnected in relationships, or wondering why happiness feels just out of reach.

Christina believes therapy isn't simply about helping you get through difficult seasons. It's about helping you create a life that feels meaningful again. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Christina works with teens (15+) and adults who are ready to move beyond survival mode and begin living with greater confidence, peace, and authenticity. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, or low self-worth, she offers a supportive place to pause, reflect, and begin moving forward with intention.

Imagine Feeling Like Yourself Again

Healing doesn't usually happen in one breakthrough moment. More often, it happens quietly.

One healthy boundary.

One difficult conversation.

One anxious thought that no longer controls your day.

One morning where getting out of bed feels just a little easier.

Those moments matter.

Christina helps clients recognize and celebrate those victories because lasting change isn't built on perfection—it's built one small step at a time.

Therapy That Fits Real Life

Life doesn't happen in a therapist's office. It happens at work, at home, in relationships. It happens in the middle of ordinary Tuesday afternoons.

That's why Christina believes therapy should give you more than insight. It should give you tools.

Together, you'll learn practical strategies for managing overwhelming emotions, responding differently to stress, improving communication, challenging negative thought patterns, and building healthier relationships with yourself and others.

The goal isn't simply to feel better during therapy. The goal is to leave every session with something you can actually use.

You Are More Than the Story Pain Told You

Pain has a way of becoming convincing.

It whispers things like:

"I'm not enough."

"I'll never change."

"Something must be wrong with me."

Christina helps clients recognize that these thoughts often develop as responses to difficult experiences—not as reflections of who they truly are. Through person-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), clients learn how to identify limiting beliefs, develop healthier perspectives, and reconnect with the strengths they may have forgotten they possessed.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new; it's about remembering who you were before fear, loss, or self-doubt convinced you otherwise.
