You Deserve More Than Just “Getting By”

Life can feel heavy sometimes. Maybe you’re carrying anxiety that never seems to shut off, grief that changed you, relationship struggles that leave you feeling disconnected, or self-doubt that quietly follows you everywhere you go. Whatever brought you here, Christina wants you to know one thing first: you do not have to figure it all out alone.

Christina is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with teens, adults, and families navigating life’s most difficult and vulnerable moments. She understands that therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or like you have to keep it all together for everyone else. Her goal is to create a space where you can finally exhale — a space where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported without judgment.

Helping You Heal, Grow, and Thrive

Christina believes therapy is about more than just surviving difficult seasons. It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, understand your story, and build a life that feels healthier, fuller, and more authentic. She combines a warm, person-centered approach with practical tools and strategies you can actually use in everyday life. Together, you’ll explore the thoughts, experiences, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building healthier ways to cope, connect, and move forward.

She is passionate about helping clients recognize that the negative thoughts they carry about themselves are not always the truth. So often, pain convinces people they are unworthy, unlovable, or “not enough.” Christina works alongside her clients to challenge those beliefs, build self-worth, and create space for healing, confidence, and belonging.

At the heart of her work is a deep belief that every person deserves love, connection, and the opportunity to thrive — not just survive. Sometimes healing begins simply by having someone truly see you with compassion and care until you can begin to see your own worth again.

More Than a Therapist

Originally from Colorado, Christina moved to Arkansas in 2015 to pursue her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at John Brown University. Her experiences both fostering and adopting children have deeply shaped her compassion, empathy, and passion for advocating for others. She understands firsthand that life rarely follows a perfect path, and she brings that understanding into the therapy room with authenticity, warmth, and grace.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something more, Christina is here to help you rediscover your strength, your value, and your ability to thrive.
