A Space Where You Can Truly Be Yourself
At the heart of healing is the experience of being truly seen, heard, and accepted — and that’s exactly the kind of space Grace strives to create in therapy. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Grace brings warmth, authenticity, and compassion to every session, helping clients feel safe enough to show up fully as themselves. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, adjustment issues, or major life transitions, Grace believes you deserve support that feels genuine, supportive, and deeply human.
Grace works with children, adolescents, and adults, meeting each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect for their unique story. She understands that reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, and she considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they begin the process of healing and growth.
Helping Children Express What Words Cannot
In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, Grace is also a Registered Play Therapist. She recognizes that children often communicate differently than adults, and that play can become a powerful language for emotional expression, healing, and connection.
Through developmentally appropriate play therapy techniques, Grace helps children process emotions, build confidence, improve emotional regulation, and feel understood in a way that feels natural and safe to them. Her calm and nurturing presence allows children to explore difficult feelings without pressure or judgment, while also helping parents better understand and support their child’s emotional needs.
Rooted in Genuine Human Connection
Grace has worked in a variety of mental health settings supporting children, adolescents, and adults from many different walks of life. She is deeply passionate about creating an inclusive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and valued.
Her therapeutic style is grounded in a Person-Centered Counseling approach, which emphasizes trust, collaboration, and authentic connection. Grace believes meaningful growth happens when people feel accepted exactly as they are. Rather than trying to “fix” clients, she works to help them reconnect with their strengths, better understand themselves, and move toward the life they want to create.
She values the courage it takes to be vulnerable in therapy and honors the trust her clients place in her throughout the healing process.
Creating Space to Slow Down & Heal
Life can feel overwhelming, fast-paced, and emotionally exhausting. In the middle of taking care of responsibilities, relationships, and expectations, it’s easy to lose connection with yourself.
Grace is dedicated to creating a calming space where clients can pause, breathe, and reconnect with what they truly need. Her goal is to help clients feel comfortable enough to explore their emotions openly, gain insight into their experiences, and begin moving toward lasting healing, self-understanding, and personal growth.
