You Don’t Have To Heal Alone
Healing rarely happens in isolation. The way we connect with ourselves and others has the power to shape how we see the world, navigate pain, and move forward. Heather believes that meaningful healing begins in a space where you feel emotionally safe, deeply understood, and fully accepted—without judgment, pressure, or shame.
Heather creates a warm, compassionate environment where you can finally exhale and show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re carrying anxiety that never seems to quiet down, trauma that still feels close to the surface, relationship struggles, overwhelming emotions, or the exhaustion of constantly holding everything together, Heather walks alongside you with empathy, honesty, and care.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that many of our struggles stem from patterns we learned long ago—patterns created through past relationships, experiences, and survival strategies. Together, you’ll begin to uncover those deeper patterns, understand where they came from, and create healthier, more secure ways of relating to yourself and others.
Heather uses a person-centered approach grounded in interpersonal neurobiology, relational therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also incorporates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process trauma and challenge the negative beliefs that may be keeping them stuck. Her goal is not simply symptom relief—it’s helping you feel more connected, empowered, emotionally secure, and fully alive in your everyday life.
