YOU. ARE. ENOUGH.
Life can be heavy sometimes. Anxiety keeps your mind racing. Shame convinces you that you’re “too much” or “not enough.” Trauma lingers long after the moment has passed. Depression steals your energy, your confidence, and your connection to the people around you. And before you know it, you may feel stuck in patterns that are exhausting to carry alone.
You don’t have to keep carrying it by yourself.
I’m passionate about helping people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, misunderstood, or weighed down by the experiences life has handed them. I’ve worked with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, prison reintegration, homelessness, relationship struggles, and rejection related to gender identity and sexuality. No matter what your story looks like, you deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment.
Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, because you are not broken. It’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply, heal from the experiences that shaped you, and build a life that feels authentic, grounded, and meaningful.
A Space Where You Can Finally Exhale
My approach is casual, affirming, honest, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation with someone who genuinely sees you—not a cold clinical experience. I’ll meet you with compassion, authenticity, and gentle directness while helping you challenge the shame, self-doubt, and survival patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Together, we’ll work toward:
Building self-compassion instead of self-criticism
Learning practical tools to manage anxiety and overwhelming emotions
Healing relationship wounds and past trauma
Reconnecting with your identity, confidence, and sense of purpose
Creating healthier patterns that actually feel sustainable in real life
I’ll walk alongside you through the hard conversations, the healing process, and the moments where growth feels scary—but worth it.
EMDR Therapy
I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy designed to help the brain process and heal from distressing experiences. EMDR can be incredibly effective for trauma, anxiety, negative self-beliefs, and painful memories that continue to impact daily life.
Sometimes the past keeps showing up in the present in ways we don’t fully understand. EMDR helps your brain do what it was naturally designed to do: heal.
You are worthy of healing.
You are worthy of peace.
And most importantly—YOU. ARE. ENOUGH.
