Peri Reagan
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Real conversations. Practical tools. Meaningful change.
Peri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes therapy should feel empowering, collaborative, and genuinely helpful in your everyday life — not just something you talk about for an hour each week. She combines compassion with a direct, action-oriented approach to help clients better understand themselves, break unhealthy patterns, and create lasting change.
Peri utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Sexual Training-Offender Prevention (STOP). Her style is both supportive and practical, helping clients move beyond simply surviving toward building a life that feels more grounded, connected, and fulfilling.
She is passionate about helping individuals strengthen their relationship with themselves, improve communication and relationships with others, develop healthier habits, and work toward realistic, attainable goals. Peri values each client’s right to self-determination and believes therapy should meet you where you are while still encouraging growth and forward movement.
Clients often appreciate Peri’s authentic, down-to-earth personality and her ability to balance accountability with warmth and understanding. She strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, respected, challenged, and supported throughout their healing journey.
Outside of the therapy room, Peri enjoys attending book club with her best friends, soaking up sunshine on local patios, loving on her dog Lola, and gallivanting around Northwest Arkansas with the people she loves most.
