Client Testimonials:

Age: 60 Occupation: Entrepreneur  “The Daring Way course changed my life from the very first class! I learned so much about how I was feeling and what to do with my feelings. When I started, I didn't even know what feelings were. I was lost, scared, and depressed. Daring Way was a safe place to practice being brave and doing things I never knew I was capable of doing! I learned tools that helped me grow stronger and be myself. I'm still learning and growing, my life, my family’s lives, and my professional life have been exponentially impacted through this course. I will be forever grateful for the resources and habits I've learned.”

Age: 42 Occupation: Lawyer  “I started seeing Wendy during a particularly difficult time in my life. I’d weaned myself off of an anti-depressant/anti-anxiety medication that I’d been taking for several years and was having almost daily panic attacks. I was struggling at both work and home and I felt pretty desperate. Wendy helped me identify some coping skills that I could rely on to keep my anxiety under control. She also helped me see that I was engaging in a lot of negative self-talk that was only making my problems worse. Wendy helped me flip the script I had in my head that I wasn’t good enough and wasn’t worthy. I am much gentler and kinder to myself now, and this had made a huge difference in my day to day happiness.”

Age: 35 Profession: Hospital Radiology“ Daring Greatly changed me. Over a decade ago I got sober and made some huge changes in my life. I became willing to let go of everything that I once was in a hopeless attempt to find out what or who I could be. The growth has been unimaginable, and I owe it to all of the people who took a chance on me including you (Wendy) allowing me the wherewithal to show up, be seen, and live brave. Thank you for being part of my life.”
