Foundations of Personal Leadership (3 hours) | Self-Awareness, Ownership, and Core Values
Day 2: Friday, May 1st - 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Emotional Mastery and Resilience (5.5 hours) | Leading Through Emotional Intelligence and Self-Regulation
Day 3: Saturday, May 2nd - 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Leading with Purpose and Influence (5.5 hours) | Integrating Self-Leadership into Clinical/Personal Practice
Day 4: Sunday, April 30th 8:30 am - 10:30 am
Stepping Into My Leadership (2 hours) | Implenting Leadership Into Your Life

Wellness and Courage Counseling Services has been approved by NBCC as an Approved
Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7451. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit

The Wounded Healers Retreat ends: Sunday, May 3rd at 10:30 am | Hotel check out time: 11 am

"The Wounded Healers Retreat is such a wholesome experience. I have truly met some of my best friends from this retreat. This retreat was fun, rejuvenating, and deeply life-affirming. You will return home refreshed, inspired, and genuinely transformed. What really made the retreat special was the spaciousness built into each day. There was plenty of time to unwind, reflect on new concepts, and really get to know the other attendees. Conversations flowed easily, and the sense of community that formed felt authentic and restorative. Several of us continue to keep in touch and support each other's endeavors. And the beach… absolutely unbeatable. From afternoon walks to cathartic group experiences, it became a grounding part of the experience and added a layer of connection and calm I didn’t even know I needed. I can't recommend the Wounded Healer's Retreat enough!
